Heads up girl, I've got some hard truths to share, but more importantly I have the SOLUTION.

If you’ve struggled to lose weight, basically starving yourself or eating nasty foods, only to barely lose a few kgs and gain it all back, you’re not alone!

I know how frustrating it can be to feel like you are giving it your all trying EVERYTHING, I’ve been there.

The biggest lesson I learned through my experience in and out of crazy low carb diets, preparing for shows and finding a balance in my lifestyle eating out of season - was that dieting may be the solution to make it on stage, but to reach my body goals in real life and live a happy, balanced life, does not require restrictive and boring meal plans.

There are hundreds of different diets out there, but the one thing they all have in common is that they are not a long-term solution for weight loss and they definitely ARE NOT focused on your health!

The problem with most diets is that they:

  • Cut out major food groups (girl you NEED carbs!)
  • Encourage excessive calorie restriction
  • Focus only on calories and macros versus quality and health
  • Slow your metabolism down (makes it harder to ever lose weight)
  • Cause hormonal imbalances
None of that is worth a few temporary kgs!

If you want a HEALTHY way to shed kgs and tone your body you have to let go of the old “calories in, calories out” mentality and learn how to fuel your body so it works for you!
