I am so damn impressed by our VPack community. All the women in this squad worked so hard during this challenge. Not only was I inspired by your AMAZING transformation photos but your stories nearly brought me to tears.
I am so proud of each and every one of you! You all finished this 6-Week Challenge strong which will help to create wonderful habits that will last a lifetime. Thank you for pushing yourselves and our community to be the best we can be!

This was Kayla's FIRST challenge with us! She absolutely crushed this challenge. Read her interview below.
What does a normal day look like for you?I wake up at 5am to train for an hour every morning, then I feed the baby and get ready for work- breakfast on the way there. I then teach 8am-6pm. Once I'm home I make dinner, shower/bath and relax for a bit before reading in bed. My days are super hectic so I always make sure all my food is prepped for the day the night before.
Why did you sign up for the VPACK SHRED?
I needed some motivation to lose those last few baby kilos
What was your favourite meal on the SHRED Challenge?
French toast!!
What is your favourite body part to workout?
Legs
What is your biggest reward from this challenge?
Feeling more comfortable in my skin.
What was the biggest obstacle for you during this challenge?
Staying on track over the weekends
If you had an extra mil, how would you spend it?
I would travel
What are your plans after this challenge? How will you stay on top of your goals?
Another12 weeks with you of course!
What does your evening routine look like?
Dinner, a bath, chamomile tea and Netflix with hubs then i read in bed
Are you proud of your achievements?
Absolutely but I'm not done yet!
RUNNER UP - EMMA MABUSELA

Emma was ready to crush this challenge right from the start and she did just that! This was her 5th challenge with us and she lost 4kgs! She is a toddler mama and entrepreneur too! She has the most amazing interview answers.
What does a normal day look like for you?
My normal day starts off by waking up early, and having a glass of water before the gym. I always make sure that I am prepared for the day before j leave then my day can flow nicely with no rushing around and no excuses.
Why did you sign up for the VPACK SHRED?
I signed up to the Vpack shred challenge to reset, i was in a huge plateau and needed to a kickstart. This has worked for sure!
What was your favourite meal on the SHRED Challenge?
There is NEVER a bad meal on the Vpack meal plans!
What is your favourite body part to workout?
I love working legs and glutes because I see big changes fast.
What is your biggest reward from this challenge?
My biggest reward is WINNING! This means others can also see the changes I have made both mentally and Physically! It's very rewarding.
What was the biggest obstacle for you during this challenge?
I actually didn't have an obstacle I loved every second.
If you had an extra mil, how would you spend it?
On a home gym! Then I would take my coach out for a feast haha.
What are your plans after this challenge?
To stay consistent and maintain a routine.
How will you stay on top of your goals?
I will be disciplined.
What does your evening routine look like?
My evening routine - I get home, cook a nice family dinner and make time to chat and relax as a family. Before getting an early night I ALWAYS prepare things for the following morning.
Are you proud of your achievements?
So so proud I can't even tell you!
