Adding protein to your morning can help you power through the start of the day. It will keep you satisfied and help you feel more energised. Eg: I love adding eggs to breakfast for protein, because I can make them SO many different ways! If you're not a fan of eggs, try adding Greek yoghurt, quinoa, oats or cottage cheese instead!
Include healthy fats
Healthy fats in breakfast will help your body absorb vitamins and may keep you feel satiated for longer. Healthy fats will help prevent inflammation and may help hormone regulation. Try adding avocado to your or nuts and seeds to your breakfast.
Swap fruit juice for real fruit
During juicing majority of the pulp is removed. This might cause a spike in your blood sugar. A piece of fruit will give you a serving of fibre, which will help make that full feeling last. Fibre may also help to lower cholesterol levels. Add fresh or frozen berries to your smoothie, or to your oats.Â
