Whether you just need a little jumpstart to lose a few extra kgs for the holidays, or you’re looking to completely overhaul your eating, it starts here. Inside this challenge you’ll find the tools you need to make it happen! It will help you eat intuitively while transforming the way you eat with delicious and simple meal options. Reboot from the inside out and transform your beautiful body in just 4 weeks with summer inspired eating and training.

My main aim is to help you reach your Summer Time Goals, to fuel and move your body, and to TRANSFORM in more ways than you may think. Mentally, mindfully and physically!  The work you put in will transform your body on the outside, but that’s not all babe!

This transformation is going to be all about helping you grow your confidence for your summer holiday by reaching your last few fitness goals for the year!

Are you ready for a challenge that will make you feel amazing without being pressured by long workouts or intense recipes to prep meals? I have designed this challenge to help you achieve some incredible results, inside and out. By completing this challenge you’re not only going to transform your body and your mind, but your entire life!

Don’t worry – even if you’ve never even picked up a dumbbell you will be able to complete this challenge. The workouts are quite straight forward plus you’ll have access to video tutorials and myself (Coach Vee) for help and guidance. We are welcoming all levels!
